If it is turned on at this time, it means that the motor has no fault and the carbon brush is not connected after it is applied, indicating that the carbon brush is in poor contact. Stator earring burn, can also cause the motor open circuit.

The rotor is sometimes broken, and the characteristic is that the power cord is connected to the multimeter and the rotor is slowly rotated, and the reading will change greatly. Grounding is generally caused by the stator and rotor wiping iron, which needs to be replaced. Rotor, the other is water or damp caused by drying on it. Large sparks in the rotor are generally caused by rotor failure. The rotor needs to be replaced. After the rotor is replaced, it is necessary to observe whether there is any iron wiping phenomenon. When the iron wiping is serious, there will be choking sound when the iron wiping is started. The current will also rise after a long working time. The reasons for the iron wiping are: the screw fixing the stator is loose, the bearing seat is too loose, the stator shell is deformed, and the bearing is damaged.

2. mechanical failure

The main reason for the failure of the mechanical part of the electric hammer is non-impact and impact weakness. The main reason for non-impact is the aging of the rubber ring on the piston and the hammer. The big cylinder is erected with the mouth down. If the hammer can fall freely, the rubber ring must be aging. The rubber ring can hear the sound of the piston and the hammer hitting each other when the rubber ring is aging. After dismantling the machine, the end faces of the piston and the hammer are bright, short impact seeds can also cause no impact (can be compared with new impact seeds)

The absence of oil may also cause shock weakness. If the above conditions are normal and there is no impact, then you must carefully observe the large cylinder to see if there are cracks, and replace those with cracks.

If the motor turns after starting up, the hammer head cannot hear the sound of compression. It may be that the connecting rod is broken or the eccentric wheel is broken. If the motor rotates after starting up, the hammer head does not rotate and there is no compression sound, which may be the damage of the primary wheel or the shaft of the rotor. Then there is the bad performance of umbrella teeth for turning into weakness or not turning at all.
