Interface coupling:

Between the two links that need information exchange and transmission, due to different information modes (digital and analog, serial and parallel codes, continuous pulses and sequence pulses, etc.) can not be directly transmitted and exchanged, to be realized through interface coupling. And the two signal strength difference between the link, but also through the interface coupling, in order to match. The transformed and amplified signals must be exchanged and transmitted reliably, quickly and accurately between the two links, and must follow the consistent timing, signal format and logic specifications. Therefore, the interface coupling must have the logic control function to ensure information, so that information can be exchanged and transmitted according to the prescribed mode.

Energy conversion:

Between the two links that need to be transmitted and exchanged, energy conversion and exchange cannot be directly carried out due to different modes. Energy conversion includes actuators, drivers and their different types of energy conversion methods and principles.

Information Control:

In the system, the so-called intelligent component of the system control unit, under the guarantee of software and hardware, completes the collection, transmission, storage, analysis, operation, judgment and decision-making of information, so as to achieve the purpose of information control. For the information control system with high degree of intelligence, it also includes knowledge-driven functions such as knowledge acquisition, reasoning mechanism and self-learning function.

Movement delivery:

Motion transfer makes the transformation and transmission of different types of motion between the constituent elements of the mechatronics system, as well as the optimization of motion control.
